Senior Cost Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid with on-site work at the Data Center campus 3 days per week

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes, from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Manage project cost changes by identifying, analyzing, approving, and implementing change processes.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts.
• Analyze bids to support client value for money and oversee project spend.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes, claims, loss, and expense matters.
• Mentor employees and contribute to strong project and client relationships.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, cost planning, and change documentation.
• Knowledge of alternative construction materials.
• Chartered status or active progress toward chartership.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Availability to work on-site at the Data Center campus 3 days per week.
