Contractor Recruiter Specialist

What you will do

• Manage and close contractor acquisition requests from area managers.
• Recruit contractors across the United States through outbound calls and explain the benefits of joining the contractor network.
• Collect and verify contractor paperwork, licenses, insurance information, and hiring packages.
• Set up and maintain physical and digital contractor profiles, including company name changes.
• Support contractors with home warranty procedures, first-time billing, and portal usage.
• Monitor territory coverage, distribute leads, prepare reports, and help improve recruiting processes and tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, customer service, sales, or outbound telesales.
• Basic commercial insurance knowledge.
• Strong organization, prioritization, follow-up, communication, customer service, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail orientation, flexibility under pressure, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Home warranty or real estate experience is desirable.
