Loan Support Analyst - Collateral Operations - Midland (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Service a portfolio of commercial real estate loans, including CMBS, balance sheet, and agency loans.
• Review and interpret complex loan agreements and apply loan terms in servicing activities.
• Analyze borrower financial and occupancy statements, property inspections, and collateral performance.
• Process loan payments, escrows, reserve disbursements, tax and insurance administration, and other servicing activities.
• Maintain accurate loan records, support loan onboarding and transfers, and prepare investor, internal, and regulatory reports.
• Identify exceptions, resolve non-compliant issues, perform covenant compliance testing, and support risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent education; comparable education, certifications, and experience may be considered.
• Typically 4+ years of related business or functional experience, or relevant product knowledge.
• Background or knowledge in business, finance, real estate, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of loan documentation, compliance requirements, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, attention to detail, communication, customer interaction, and prioritization skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
