What you will do

  • Lead quarter-end close processes and coordinate with controllership to ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.
  • Partner with cluster business teams, sales heads, regional category teams, finance peers, and supply chain stakeholders on financial decisions and daily operations.
  • Own the cluster Profit and Loss (P&L), including budget management, predictability, and delivery of business results.
  • Support annual operating plan preparation and conduct quarterly business planning reviews.
  • Monitor revenue, margins, sell-through/sellout, channel inventory, and operating expenses.
  • Manage channel and go-to-market P&L dashboards, quotas, and quarterly commission processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of FP&A experience in consumer electronics, IT, or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret data.
  • Experience driving change and influencing business results.
  • Self-motivation and independence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Tableau, Oracle, and Hyperion.
