Senior Cost Manager MEP (Data Centre Projects)

hirify.global is hiring for a cost management and quantity surveying role supporting large-scale construction and data centre projects.

What you will do

• Manage tender and bid processes from documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts for client developments.
• Identify, analyse, approve, and implement project cost changes while communicating variations to stakeholders.
• Review tenders to support value for money and help settle construction disputes, claims, and loss-and-expense matters.
• Support project management through accurate cost documentation and timely communication.
• Mentor employees and foster performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy, on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with pre-contract cost management, budget control, cost planning, and change forms.
• Knowledge of alternative construction materials and construction cost management practices.
• Chartered status or progress toward chartership.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
