Senior Electronics Engineer (Robotics)

What you will do

• Define hardware architecture, component strategy, and BOM cost and risk profiles for assigned PCBAs.
• Design schematics and layouts while owning signal integrity, power integrity, thermal performance, and noise immunity.
• Lead board bring-up, root-cause analysis, EMC and safety compliance, pre-compliance testing, and formal certification.
• Lead DFM, DFT, production test strategy, NPI, pilot builds, and 0-series production with global EMS partners.
• Partner with firmware engineers on control implementation and fault handling for embedded robotic systems.
• Contribute to electronics standards and platform decisions while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of electronics engineering experience across analog, digital, and power electronics.
• Experience taking products from concept to high-volume manufacturing with global EMS suppliers.
• Experience with sensor interfaces, embedded communication buses, CAN, SPE/Ethernet, I2C, and RS-485.
• Experience designing motor-driver PCBAs, power electronics, battery-powered systems, and embedded systems from microcontroller platforms to Linux-based systems.
• Practical EMC, safety, fault detection, diagnostics, DFM, DFT, technical leadership, design review, and mentoring experience.
