Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer (AI)

Location: 100% remote; core hours are GMT+3.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable automation solutions using Workato, Bloomreach, and AI platforms.
• Define integration patterns, APIs, and webhooks for resilient, performant, and secure automations.
• Establish standards for workflow design, documentation, testing, monitoring, and audit processes.
• Translate business requirements from Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care into technical automation solutions.
• Integrate cloud telephony, voice AI agents, call routing, CRM, and Intercom workflows.
• Mentor junior automation developers, conduct technical reviews, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development.
• Expertise with low-code/no-code platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or n8n.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations, databases, and SQL.
• Programming experience with Python or JavaScript, plus familiarity with AWS and containerized deployments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, version control, and issue tracking systems.
• Strong English communication skills at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI-powered chatbots, voice bots, or AI agents into workflows.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams and technical specifications for automation platforms.
