What you will do

• Lead automation initiatives to design, build, and maintain scalable automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Architect automation solutions by defining integration patterns and designing APIs/webhooks.
• Standardize practices for workflow design, documentation, and testing.
• Drive quality and governance by introducing best practices for code reviews, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior automation developers and conducting technical reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or automation development, with 2+ years in senior/lead roles.
• Proven expertise in low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.
• Experience working with databases and SQL.
• Programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom extensions and scripts.
• Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

• Experience integrating AI-powered bots into workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS services and containerized deployments.
• Experience creating architecture diagrams and technical specifications for automation platforms.
