Sr Engineer Manufacturing

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and control productivity projects from conceptual stages through production.
• Investigate current operations and implement changes to improve productivity, cost structure, and quality.
• Lead projects from concept to realization with contributors from multiple departments and disciplines.
• Develop project plans with action steps and schedules to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop and enhance procedures, statistical analyses, inspections, and validation activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise and train others on quality assurance and engineering concepts and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• At least 4 years of engineering experience.
• Experience with technical writing, research paper writing, and/or experimental design.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
• Intermediate computer and systems skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Knowledge of inspection, measurement, test methods, process validation, design of experiments, and equipment operation procedures.
