Associate Cybersecurity Analyst - Bilingual (Cybersecurity)

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support cybersecurity policy governance across development, review, approval, publication, implementation, and recertification.
• Coordinate policy reviews and compliance activities with Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Risk Management, Technology, and business stakeholders.
• Research and monitor cybersecurity regulations, regulatory guidance, advisories, vulnerabilities, and industry standards.
• Translate regulatory requirements into policies, standards, procedures, controls, and implementation plans.
• Support impact assessments, gap analyses, evidence collection, remediation tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Prepare governance metrics, regulatory updates, executive summaries, and implementation status reports.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in written and verbal English and Spanish is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in complex business environments; experience leading collaborative programs with senior management is required.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity governance, regulatory compliance, information security frameworks, policies, standards, and controls.
• Knowledge of financial services, security, risk, privacy, IT systems, infrastructure, operations, and cloud technologies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, or ISO 27001.
• Experience with policy management platforms, workflow tools, or regulatory tracking solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps and Agile development processes.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, bias, ethics, and data protection.
• Financial services experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
