Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S. The role is associated with Reston, Virginia.

Salary: $98,614–$202,850 per year

What you will do

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements, platform capabilities, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical oversight during implementation and integrate ServiceNow with external systems to automate workflows and maintain data integrity.
• Optimize platform and integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.
• Design security plans, support compliance, and create architecture diagrams, specifications, and implementation documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, security teams, and practice leadership to manage scope, timelines, risks, and delivery.
• Mentor ServiceNow professionals, lead knowledge-sharing activities, develop client roadmaps, and support proposals and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience implementing at least two of HRSD, ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Software/Hardware Asset Management.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• Must reside in the United States, be authorized to work in the United States, and perform all work in the United States.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture, integrations, scripting, security, performance optimization, stakeholder management, and technical communication.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Master Architect, or Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience with Integration Hub, REST API, custom integration scripting, JavaScript, and GlideScript.
• Experience designing and leading complex, scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
