What you will do

• Design scalable, reusable data models for business intelligence and reporting.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions using advanced DAX and SQL.
• Develop data pipelines, ETL processes, and structured transformations to create reliable sources of truth.
• Partner with Business Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Finance, and IT to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Automate workflows and reduce manual processes using Python, Power Automate, or system-based solutions.
• Translate data outputs into insights and recommendations supporting operational and financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, business systems, or data engineering-adjacent roles.
• Hands-on experience building data models and dashboards with SQL and Power BI; candidates without this direct experience will not be considered.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, joins, data transformation, and dataset structuring.
• Advanced Power BI experience with data modeling and complex DAX measures.
• Experience with relational data models, system integrations, data pipelines, ERP/CRM systems, or automated workflows.

Nice to have

• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environments.
• Experience applying AI tools to productivity, data analysis, or solution development.
