Vue-First Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $96,750–$148,350 per year

What you will do

• Build new features for internal and external users and refactor existing functionality.
• Design and evolve the application platform architecture in line with the product roadmap.
• Develop and integrate Python-based backend applications with Vue interfaces.
• Collaborate with product, design, machine learning, infrastructure, clinical, QA, and regulatory teams.
• Maintain engineering standards through code review, testing, integration, and mentoring.
• Support reliability, data integrity, compliance, validation, and inspection readiness for clinical trial software.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of full life cycle development experience with Python.
• Experience designing and building Python applications with Django or FastAPI.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with AWS and the ability to collaborate autonomously with a distributed team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
