Warehouse Supervisor (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Location: Onsite at 43-34 32nd Place, Long Island City, NY 11101. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.

Salary: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Supervise inbound receiving, sorting, product preparation, fulfillment, and outbound shipping workflows.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and oversee product storage, pallet movement, and internal transfers.
• Manage slab preparation, grading-related handling, and other specialty workflows requiring precision.
• Train and coach warehouse associates while enforcing productivity, accuracy, throughput, and procedural standards.
• Identify inefficiencies, implement practical process improvements, and maintain SOPs for warehouse functions.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Customer Support, Livestream, and Retail teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse or operations management experience, including hands-on team supervision.
• Bilingual English and Spanish speaker required.
• Strong knowledge of inbound processing, inventory control, fulfillment, and warehouse logistics.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems and familiarity with developing structured SOPs.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
