Fulfillment Center Supervisor (Ecommerce)

Location: Mont-Royal, Canada; onsite evening shift, Monday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

What you will do

• Own the evening shift at the fulfillment center and ensure daily receiving, picking, staging, and shipping activities are completed on time and in full.
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse clerks performing core fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate with the day shift and Fulfillment Center Manager to maintain smooth site operations.
• Support initiatives and ensure fulfillment center KPIs are met.
• Communicate and enforce warehouse safety measures and operating rules.
• Develop SOPs, propose action plans for performance gaps, and respond to operational disruptions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a production environment such as a factory, fulfillment center, or warehouse.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Collaborative leadership style and ability to motivate team members.
• Ownership of results and ability to propose actionable improvements.
• Resourceful and creative approach to solving operational challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience managing employees performing manual labor or technical work.
• Experience in process optimization.
