Lead Program Manager, PMO (ERP)

Location: Remote

Salary: $130,000–$151,100 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Build integrated program plans connecting releases, deployments, hypercare, environments, readiness, and cross-program dependencies.
• Translate scope, capacity, and timing constraints into prioritization and resourcing recommendations for leadership.
• Lead and improve program governance while reducing unnecessary complexity and delivery friction.
• Frame problems, alternatives, impacts, and recommendations to accelerate decisions and ensure follow-through.
• Manage capacity constraints, dependencies, delivery risks, and required interventions across business and delivery teams.
• Provide concise executive communications covering priorities, risks, dependencies, and required actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with program planning, governance, decision management, dependency management, and executive communication.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, business, financial, and analytical skills.
• Understanding of agile best practices and IT ways of working.
• PMP certification is preferred.
