Customer Success Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA, US; normal office environment with some overnight travel required

What you will do

• Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Support customer onboarding, software adoption, and best-practice implementation.
• Provide responsive customer service and resolve concerns and complaints.
• Manage a book of business and prepare renewal sales quotations.
• Respond to requests for proposals and share lessons learned with relevant teams.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other basic office software applications.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.
