Customer Success Associate

Location: Madison, Wisconsin, United States; applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the hiring process.

Salary: $34,300–$57,400 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Proactively support onboarding for new customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing training and guidance on products and services.
• Assist with renewals and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor customer performance and engagement data.
• Coordinate implementation schedules, targets, and budgets.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM and collaborate with internal teams to implement feedback and improve products and services.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of products, services, and CRM tools.
• Customer-focused approach with empathy for customer needs.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and implement customer feedback.
• Ability to work at or appear onsite at the Madison, Wisconsin office when required.
