Sr. Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: Toronto, Oakville, Nova Scotia, Vancouver, Alberta, New Brunswick, or British Columbia, Canada; hybrid or remote working options are available. Travel to client locations may be required.

Salary: CAD 106,400–133,000 annually, plus 14% target incentives.

What you will do

• Advise clients on using Microsoft Power Platform to address current business needs and support future solutions.
• Develop Canvas Applications, Model-Driven Applications, Power Automate workflows, Dataverse-backed solutions, and AI Builder implementations.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and project management teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering, documentation, pre-sales sessions, and client status reporting.
• Train client end-users and junior team members on Power Platform development and application lifecycle management.
• Contribute to technical discussions and evaluate new technologies for current and future implementations.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience designing and deploying applications with Power Platform, MS Teams SDK, C#, SharePoint Online, or similar technologies.
• Demonstrated experience delivering Power Platform projects to external organizations.
• Experience with Canvas Applications, Model-Driven Applications, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Fx, Power Pages, and Power Platform governance and security.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure Document Intelligence, AI Builder, Logic Apps, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Strong software engineering background in C#/.NET and full-stack development, plus knowledge of Power Automate Desktop RPA and data connector licensing.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience; Microsoft Power Platform certification is recommended.
