Salesforce Manager, AI & Agentforce Delivery

Location: Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario. Travel of up to 25% is required for customer projects and company events.

What you will do

• Lead hands-on delivery of Agentforce and AI-powered client solutions.
• Own technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation, code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
• Manage, mentor, and provide career and performance guidance to architects, consultants, developers, and other delivery professionals.
• Coordinate solution design reviews and champion delivery standards across projects and accounts.
• Own forecasting and staffing input, support technical hiring, and conduct interviews.
• Create and facilitate enablement workshops, office hours, and knowledge-sharing guilds.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering technology solutions, including Agentforce or other generative AI platforms.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring architects, developers, consultants, or similar technical delivery professionals.
• Ability to balance billable client delivery with team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with performance feedback, career development conversations, corrective action, and technical hiring interviews.
• Strong communication skills across technical delivery and people-management discussions.
• Must be located in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience designing enablement content, workshops, office hours, or guilds.
• Architect-level certifications and experience with Agentforce projects.
• Experience forecasting and managing technical-team staffing.
• Familiarity with foundational LLMs, prompt engineering frameworks, AI orchestration tools, RAG architecture, and fine-tuning strategies.
