Senior Technician Quality Control (Diagnostics)

Location: On-site in Chaska, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $24–$26 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Perform quality testing of reagent packs, references, and calibrators.
• Execute laboratory activities using established scientific methods, tools, and procedures.
• Perform microbiology activities, including reads, monitoring, and bioburden testing.
• Complete equipment program and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Analyze quality data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in safety, delivery, quality, cost, and inventory management.

Requirements

• High school education plus 5 years of applicable experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience using laboratory tools and procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in Chaska, Minnesota.

Nice to have

• STEM associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in a laboratory environment.
• Experience in a medical device, FDA, or ISO-regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Windows operating system.
