Production Technician (Vaccine)

Location: Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role for US and Puerto Rico residents. Requires rotating twelve-hour shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional off-shift work.

Salary: $20.32–$27.09 per hour

What you will do

• Operate equipment and perform setup and manufacturing activities in a cGMP biologics production area.
• Complete batch production records, logbooks, and other quality documentation accurately and in real time.
• Identify deviations, support investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, and change control activities.
• Prepare production areas for subsequent shifts and use materials efficiently to reduce waste.
• Report safety, equipment, environmental, and process issues while participating in HSE and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing areas and support work across departments or buildings as business needs require.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 0–6 months of experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, computer skills, troubleshooting ability, comprehension, retention, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, including rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and twelve-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for up to 8 hours, bend, and move objects.
• Ability to gown and enter manufacturing areas; aseptic gowning qualification may be required for applicable production areas.
• For applicable influenza production roles, ability to receive the required influenza vaccine for building access.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Six months of experience in a cGMP or pharmaceutical environment.
