What you will do

• Research and develop machine learning and predictive analytics solutions for healthcare applications.
• Design, evaluate, tune, and deploy machine learning models across development, testing, and production environments.
• Build reliable and scalable machine learning services for integration with other systems.
• Perform feature engineering, statistical analysis, classifier evaluation, data visualization, and model interpretation.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, clinical teams, physicians, and business stakeholders.
• Configure, operationalize, and report on cognitive computing and vendor-developed models for patient outcome prediction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, physical science, engineering, or a comparable technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in software engineering and data science.
• Fluency in Python and libraries including NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras and the full data science lifecycle.
• Strong experience with NLP, especially transformer-based machine learning and large language models.
• Experience with large datasets, Spark, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Knowledge of information retrieval, question answering, conversational AI, or reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, prompting strategies, and inference optimization for Generative AI models.
• Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
