Epic Analyst - Grand Central/Prelude/Real Time Eligibility in Tyler, TX

Location: Tyler, Texas, United States; onsite role at 2401 South Broadway. May require travel and additional hours during critical problems.

What you will do

• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, support, maintain, and optimize assigned Epic applications and business processes.
• Lead quality assurance, integrated testing, change control, documentation, and user training activities.
• Analyze workflows and requirements, perform gap analysis, map current and future processes, and recommend cross-application solutions.
• Manage medium to large-scale projects and coordinate stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and operational leaders.
• Troubleshoot incidents and requests, coordinate vendor code changes, and resolve application and infrastructure-related issues.
• Provide status reporting, technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing for end users and junior team members.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems.
• Detailed healthcare knowledge and systems expertise, with the ability to work independently on complex tasks and projects.
• Certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module; certification or proficiency must be obtained within six months of employment and kept current through version training.
• Strong requirements analysis, problem-solving, project management, organizational, communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or information systems is preferred; related certifications are also preferred.
