Sr. Epic Analyst I – Ambulatory (Certification required)

Location: On-site support is required during go-lives and system upgrades; NYU Langone operates locations in the New York area and Florida.

Salary: $101,493.51–$131,716.20 annually.

What you will do

• Analyze business operations, workflows, data collection, reporting details, and technical issues related to Epic applications.
• Design, build, test, install, document, and maintain Epic system solutions.
• Collaborate with application leaders, project teams, business representatives, subject matter experts, end users, and Epic.
• Analyze data conversion needs, interface requirements, new functionality, releases, and workflow impacts.
• Create and maintain test scripts, follow quality assurance and change management processes, and support system testing.
• Troubleshoot user issues, provide rotating on-call support, participate in disaster recovery, and support go-lives and upgrades.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• Certification in at least one Epic application is required.
• 3–4+ years of relevant experience, including Epic implementation experience.
• Healthcare experience is required.
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, follow-up, problem-solving, and process design skills.
• Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic project management, meeting leadership, prioritization, issue tracking, and project plans.
