Senior Epic Analyst I (Epic Cupid)

Location: New York, United States; assigned on-site support is required during go-lives and system upgrades.

Salary: $101,493.51–$131,716.20 annually.

What you will do

• Analyze healthcare workflows, data collection, reporting details, and technical issues across Epic applications.
• Design, build, test, install, maintain, and document Epic Cupid solutions.
• Partner with application leaders, project teams, business representatives, subject matter experts, end users, and Epic to tailor system functionality.
• Review releases and enhancements, analyze their impact, and ensure testing and change-management processes are followed.
• Troubleshoot user issues, provide rotating on-call support, and participate in disaster recovery activities.
• Lead or facilitate meetings and provide assigned on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.

Requirements

• Epic Cupid certification is required, along with certification in one or more Epic applications.
• At least 4 years of experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Multiple Epic implementation experiences and healthcare experience.
• Experience with process design, workflow analysis, data conversion, testing, quality assurance, and basic project management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, documentation, problem-solving, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
