What you will do
- Assist with basic CNC machine setup and load and unload parts.
- Produce precision machined parts from blueprints, process sheets, sketches, and work orders.
- Inspect finished work using CMMs, calipers, micrometers, comparators, and vision systems.
- Enter production information in the Camstar manufacturing platform and submit machine-status reports.
- Work with production personnel to resolve basic machining problems and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Follow applicable company, quality, safety, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret blueprints with GD&T.
- Typically less than one year of related experience.
- Ability to remain on task and complete scheduled work on time.
- Ability to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
