What you will do
- Provide daily leadership and ensure team members meet job expectations and ORBIS policies.
- Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
- Complete daily paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
- Communicate quality and inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
- Support service center financial goals and follow protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.
Requirements
- At least one year of distribution or warehouse experience.
- Prior forklift experience required.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to follow and reinforce company safety rules and policies.
