Senior Additive Manufacturing Technician

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; onsite at the Centennial facility

Salary: $30.00–$37.00 per hour

hirify.global develops and manufactures jet propulsion systems using additive manufacturing to support unmanned aerial defense and the U.S. defense industrial base.

What you will do

• Set up additive manufacturing machines, prepare builds, load materials, and handle metal powders.
• Operate and maintain Laser Powder Bed Fusion and Metal Binder Jetting systems, including cleaning, preventive maintenance, and equipment readiness checks.
• Manage powder recycling, sieving, storage, traceability, inventory accuracy, and material flow.
• Complete production records, inspection documentation, work orders, and shift handoffs.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections, identify nonconformances, and support routine troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, and production leadership on safety, quality, throughput, training, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred.
• Experience with additive manufacturing, CNC machining, or regulated aerospace and industrial environments is strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to follow detailed procedures, and basic equipment troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work safely with metal powders, industrial equipment, PPE, respirators, and material-handling equipment; willingness to support shifts and overtime.
• U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Technical school, vocational training, or an associate degree in manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field.
• Experience in 3D printing or regulated aerospace, defense, medical, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience mentoring or training junior technicians.
