Americas Delivery Center Pod Lead - Finance and Accounting

Location: Hybrid role based at the Americas Delivery Center in Blue Ash, Ohio, with remote work possible; onsite presence may be required up to 100% depending on project requirements. Reliable transportation is required.

Salary: $82,000–$138,000 per year; estimated total cash range of $88,560–$149,040 including the 8% bonus target.

What you will do

• Oversee analysts and senior analysts across multiple finance and accounting projects.
• Lead transaction processing, data validation, account reconciliations, postings, and preparation of vouchers, statements, invoices, and reports.
• Lead initiatives for teams of varying sizes and complexity while ensuring quality and service-level delivery.
• Conduct project kickoffs, team meetings, closing meetings, status reporting, budget-to-actual reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with delivery-center leadership, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior executives.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and collaborative culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting or a related field.
• Experience in operationally driven or shared-services environments.
• Direct supervisory and team leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, performance appraisals, and work review.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and strong organizational, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP, BlackLine, or similar accounting systems is preferred.
