Service Technician

Location: Windsor, Connecticut, USA; field service work at customer facilities

Salary: $26.85–$36.90 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week; scheduled hours may vary according to business needs

What you will do

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Act as a primary customer contact and provide customer service.
• Train alongside a senior technician as an apprentice and develop the skills required to work independently.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Good customer service skills.
• Clean driving record, pre-employment drug test, and DOT physical required for operating a company vehicle.
