Warehouse Supervisor (2nd Shift) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Beverly, MA, United States. Full-time, Monday–Friday, second shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Base salary: $36.41–$54.61 per hour, plus available overtime at 1.5x base pay and a 10% shift differential.

What you will do

• Supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, material movement, picking, fulfillment, and shipping operations on the second shift.
• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate warehouse associates while promoting safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inventory transactions, material delivery to production, and on-time shipment of finished goods.
• Partner with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to resolve issues and optimize material flow.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and improve productivity, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and service levels.
• Support the effective use of autonomous mobile robots, warehouse automation, and advanced material handling systems.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional warehouse experience, including at least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and material handling.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, robotics, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
