Associate Shipper/Receiver (2nd Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; onsite. Monday–Thursday, 7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m., with overtime as needed. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $17.60–$26.39 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

What you will do

• Pick, package, palletize, receive, stock, rotate, and locate finished goods for customer orders.
• Complete shipments using an ERP system or tablet and ensure incoming and outgoing shipments meet packaging, customer, and quality standards.
• Create shipping labels, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipment documentation.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of warehouse, logistics, and/or shipping experience.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment; powered industrial truck and D.O.T. HazMat certifications will be provided at hire.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions, apply safety and quality standards, solve practical problems, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH, on the stated second-shift schedule.
