Integrated Supply Chain Finance Analyst

Location: San Diego, California, United States; onsite office environment with exposure to plant activity

Salary: $83,500–$155,200 annual base pay

What you will do

• Provide finance support to the San Diego plant leader and site organization.
• Monitor performance gaps, recommend corrective paths, and drive accountability for integrated supply chain metrics.
• Maintain reporting and analysis architecture for timely, accurate decision-making.
• Lead the annual budget and monthly or quarterly forecasts for the facility.
• Support integrated supply chain strategic planning.
• Lead the CAPEX process, including investment analysis, prioritization, make-versus-buy assessments, and ROI evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning, operational finance, or corporate finance.
• Previous cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent-working skills; ability to travel 10% of the time.
