What you will do
- Drive macro operating model design studies by reviewing current structures, identifying issues, recommending improvements, and designing target-state options.
- Lead organizational structure design studies, including current-state analysis, gap assessment, requirements capture, and target-structure design.
- Deliver operating model and organizational design initiatives across Group and local markets.
- Lead organizational effectiveness and transformation projects that improve organizational simplicity and effectiveness.
- Develop organizational effectiveness frameworks and tools for operating model, organization, and sourcing model reviews.
- Define organizational guidelines and oversee key metrics such as spans, layers, management ratios, employee costs, and operating expenses.
Requirements
- Significant organizational effectiveness experience in large, complex organizations.
- Ability to influence executive-level directors across group and local markets.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to coach and collaborate with business and HR colleagues.
- Management consulting experience is preferred.
- CIPD or a similar professional qualification; a master's degree is ideal.
