Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote-first and international; the position is expected to be performed outside Ontario.

What you will do

• Define and drive the CloudBlue product vision and strategy in line with business, partner, and customer goals.
• Research and validate market needs, translating them into product opportunities and roadmap initiatives.
• Plan and prioritize roadmap deliverables based on business impact and strategic priorities.
• Define solutions through product requirements, user stories, and clear documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions and support go-to-market execution.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities, to improve the platform and feature adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a relevant technology domain.
• Experience scoping and validating complex customer requirements.
• Understanding of software design, development, testing, delivery, APIs, and system interactions.
• Experience in Billing, BSS, ERP, Finance, eCommerce, or AI-driven solutions serving large customer bases.
• Practical experience applying AI-first workflows to product management and daily processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with solution or software architecture.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, databases, and cloud storage on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Python, Go, SQL, or similar development technologies.
