Automotive Sales Agent (Poti, Rustavi)

What you will do

• Connect with daily leads by phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Explain how to purchase vehicles from US auto auctions through the platform.
• Manage the full purchase cycle, from winning-bid guidance and payments to delivery at the buyer’s destination.
• Grow assigned accounts and consistently meet monthly sales goals.
• Provide customer support, gather feedback, and build relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customers and internal global teams.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English.
• Experience in car sales or a strong understanding of the US auto auction industry.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple accounts, and maintain accurate records.
• Experience with CRM tools, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office.
