Mid Fullstack Developer (Backend Focus)

Location: 100% remote for candidates resident in Poland; flexible start between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM with an 8-hour workday.

Salary: 90–100 PLN net per hour. Short-term project with an expected duration of 3 months, starting in October 2026 or as soon as possible.

What you will do

• Develop new application features and functionality across the full stack.
• Build backend solutions and APIs with Python and Flask, using SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
• Design serverless solutions with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
• Develop data persistence, processing, ETL, and analytics workflows with S3, Athena, Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB.
• Contribute to Angular frontend development, including a new frontend layer over a legacy backend.
• Build backend components and an early-stage AI Insights layer while collaborating with developers, QA, and Product Owners.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong hands-on Python experience and practical Angular experience, with the ability to work independently across the full stack.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Serverless Framework, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Pandas, Polars, DuckDB, or similar data-processing technologies, plus familiarity with S3 and Athena.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to critically review AI-generated code.
• Fluent written and spoken English at minimum B2 level; candidates must be residents of Poland.
