Full Stack Engineer (Europe)

Location: Europe (Remote); onsite team events in Warsaw and global team offsites.

Salary: $80,000–$105,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Build and ship production systems with significant impact on hirify.global’s technology and business.
• Develop scalable and reliable backend solutions for AI-powered insurance workflows.
• Work on large and performant data pipelines, distributed systems, machine learning models, and robust infrastructure.
• Contribute to systems involving NLP, firmographic data, and entity resolution.
• Collaborate with full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers on asynchronous and cloud-based workflows.
• Own projects from development through completion while communicating progress and blockers proactively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
• Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills, with comfort working in Python.
• Solid fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem solving.
• Experience with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL, plus cloud environments and serverless technologies such as Lambda and EC2.
• Ownership, proactive communication, iterative improvement, and a strong focus on quality.

Nice to have

• Experience with other object-oriented programming backgrounds.
• Curiosity about AI, data, and real-world machine learning applications.
