Output Developer (Tungsten CCM)

Location: Hybrid role in the Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal office with a minimum of 3 office days per week. Additional office presence is required during onboarding and when needed by business requirements.

Salary: €23,948–€34,171 gross per year based on 40 hours per week, including meal allowance.

What you will do

• Coordinate the daily work of the Editorial Development team, including planning, prioritization, and work allocation.
• Develop, configure, and maintain letter templates, content components, business rules, and document variants in Tungsten Communications Manager.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, clear documentation, and maintainable solutions.
• Align priorities, planning, dependencies, and delivery with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• Review template configurations, track progress, resolve blockers, and ensure changes are tested and ready for acceptance.
• Support onboarding, coaching, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of template maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, Communication Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application configuration, low-code development, document/template management, or a similar role.
• Experience with functional design, business rules, complex document logic, testing, defect analysis, and change management.
• Ability to coordinate work, structure delivery, manage stakeholders, and translate business requirements into documented solutions.
• Experience using AI tools and identifying practical AI opportunities in business processes.
• Strong English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tungsten CCM, KCM, Communications Manager, or similar CCM platforms.
• Experience with customer communication management, document composition, or template configuration.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Jira, or similar work management tools.
• Dutch language skills.
