Project Manager US (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance.
• Coordinate Customer Success, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology stakeholders.
• Establish communication cadences, ownership, escalation paths, and structured reporting.
• Manage customer milestones and organizational readiness across internal teams.
• Drive decisions, resolve blockers, and maintain visibility through dashboards and project health updates.
• Facilitate retrospectives and improve project execution and the operating model.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise or strategic customers, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology companies.
• Experience managing projects from planning through execution, stabilization, and post-project review.
• Strong project planning, dependency management, risk management, governance, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with senior executives, manage ambiguity and competing priorities, and understand technical dependencies without owning technical delivery.
