Senior Staff Engineer - Project Manager / PMO (Banking)

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate banking system implementation and upgrade projects.
• Lead and coordinate project teams of approximately 50–60 members.
• Plan, execute, track, and report on project delivery.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, clients, and delivery teams.
• Track scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate governance and status meetings and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Project Management or PMO experience.
• Strong experience in banking and financial services projects.
• Experience managing banking system projects and large teams of approximately 50–60 members.
• Experience with T24 / Temenos projects or banking platform upgrades.
• Strong project planning, delivery management, risk management, issue management, and dependency management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
