Senior Software Engineer – Frontend-Focused Full-Stack (Remote)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $180,000–$195,000 per year plus a 10% bonus

Cybersecurity SaaS company developing a secure virtual workspace platform that enables access to enterprise applications without storing data on mobile endpoints.

What you will do

• Shape the user experience of an administrative console by gathering stakeholder feedback, defining interaction patterns, and converting complex workflows into efficient interfaces.
• Lead frontend architecture, including component structure, state management, routing, build tooling, testing, and shared component library conventions.
• Deliver and troubleshoot features end to end across the React and TypeScript UI, REST APIs, Java and Go services, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Integrate enterprise identity providers, single sign-on, session handling, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Build accessible interfaces aligned with Section 508 and WCAG 2.x AA expectations, with unit, component, and end-to-end test coverage integrated into CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, guide technical decisions, support secure product development, and provide periodic off-hours on-call support.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional software development experience, with significant frontend depth and experience architecting scalable enterprise web applications.
• Expertise in modern frontend development, including state management, data fetching, component composition, web fundamentals, and frontend architecture.
• Working proficiency in at least one backend language and solid knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, containerized delivery, and public cloud platforms.
• Experience with accessibility standards, secure coding practices, web vulnerability mitigation, identity and access management, and frontend testing.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical work across one or more teams, with strong communication and product-design judgment.
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder.

Nice to have

• Experience building security, identity, or infrastructure management interfaces for operator and administrator users.
• Familiarity with enterprise component libraries and design systems.
• Experience with frontend observability, including error tracking, usage monitoring, and performance budgets.
