Program Coordinator I (Medical Education) (Curriculum/LMS): Coordinating the development, delivery, scheduling, and evaluation of pre-clerkship medical education courses with an accent on learning management systems, examinations, curriculum materials, and faculty-student communication. Focus on maintaining course operations, supporting accreditation data, resolving student and faculty concerns, and coordinating academic technology resources.

Location: Bryan, Texas, United States. Full-time staff position; occasional travel and work outside normal office hours or on weekends may be required.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the development, delivery, scheduling, and evaluation of assigned pre-clerkship courses.
  • Maintain course content, calendars, schedules, grades, and communications in the learning management system.
  • Arrange classrooms, Zoom sessions, examination proctors, and related course logistics.
  • Serve as an administrative liaison among faculty, course directors, students, staff, and academic technology teams.
  • Support curriculum mapping, faculty contact-hour tracking, accreditation data, and required reporting.
  • Investigate student and faculty concerns, recommend solutions, and participate in curriculum and coordination meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • At least two years of experience in program coordination in education or a related area.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and collaboratively, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, databases, word-processing, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Strict confidentiality is required for examinations, quizzes, and planning information.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in educational program coordination.
  • Experience in health services or pre-clerkship medical education.
  • Experience with Canvas or other learning management systems.
  • Experience in higher education or medical settings and with clerical or administrative support.
