Academic Success Coordinator

Location: Corpus Christi, Texas, United States; onsite at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi

Salary: Approximately $3,657.34 per month, or $43,888.08 annually.

What you will do

• Advise currently enrolled MBA and MAcc students on course selection and academic progress.
• Support prospective students throughout the graduate application process.
• Review and clear graduate students for graduation.
• Assist with graduate student orientation, receptions, open houses, and other functions.
• Help prepare graduate course schedules and represent the department in committees and meetings.
• Cross-train with the Assistant Manager and support continuity of department operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Employment is contingent on credential verification and completion of a criminal history investigation.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master of Accountancy.
• Knowledge of business graduate program admissions and curriculum.
• Experience with Banner, Argos, DegreeWorks, or Laserfiche.
