AI & Marketing Automation Manager

What you will do

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for the AI agent platform by building, refining, and maintaining prompts, skills, workflows, and agents.
• Design prompt strategies for content generation, lead scoring, competitive analysis, and sales collateral production.
• Build reusable AI workflows and agents that automate repetitive marketing and sales tasks.
• Evaluate emerging AI and LLM capabilities and prototype applications for marketing and sales.
• Analyze data from Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, web analytics, and other platforms to identify trends and performance gaps.
• Build dashboards, reports, and AI-assisted analyses covering campaign performance, pipeline health, and content effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related analytical or marketing role, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and LLMs, including prompting, workflow building, and applying AI to business, marketing, or sales problems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with marketing and sales data, build reports, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to work across marketing, sales, and web development teams.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents or workflows with Kaji, LangChain, n8n, Zapier, or similar automation and orchestration tools.
