Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET)

Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, business logic, data-access components, databases, and RESTful APIs in an established .NET application.
• Develop React-based functionality and coordinate changes across frontend, backend, API, and data layers.
• Maintain ASP.NET MVC features while incrementally modernizing appropriate functionality into React components.
• Build dashboard and reporting modules involving time-frame logic, asset selection, calculations, and data-driven behavior.
• Troubleshoot defects, data discrepancies, and performance issues across the user interface, APIs, backend processing, logs, and SQL Server.
• Create and maintain automated tests, prepare builds and releases, coordinate merges, provide production support, and contribute to code reviews and sprint planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent senior-level experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, web applications, APIs, relational databases, and SQL Server.
• Strong experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience creating unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests for data-driven web applications.
• Experience with Git workflows, pull requests, branching and merging, build preparation, release validation, release notes, and production support.
• Ability to work effectively in a large existing codebase and use AI-assisted development tools with appropriate validation of generated output.
