Manager of Accreditation (Telecommunications)

Location: Remote or any ANAB office in the United States; domestic and international travel required.

Starting compensation: $76,800–$112,100 per year, depending on location, education, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Manage accredited certification schemes and client relationships.
• Conduct assessments of certification bodies against international standards.
• Ensure accreditation activities meet regulatory, quality, and ethical requirements.
• Apply project management, analytical, and communication skills to accreditation work.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records while adapting to changing standards and client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability-related certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in conformity assessment, standardization, or quality assurance.
• Direct experience in telecommunications, electromagnetic compatibility, or related product certification, including familiarity with FCC programs and telecommunications equipment requirements.
• Experience with project management, client support, assessments or auditing, and leading teams or projects.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, accreditation programs, and the accredited conformity assessment market.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
