Quality Coordinator (ISO Compliance)

Location: Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines; WFH, onsite, or hybrid arrangements available. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST / 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH time.

What you will do

• Draft and update Quality, Environmental, and OHS Manuals, SOPs, and Work Instructions using Australian templates.
• Review client information and identify gaps against ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• Prepare internal audit checklists and draft management review minutes for final approval.
• Maintain non-conformance logs, corrective action reports, compliance registers, and training matrices.
• Control project documentation, versioning, and naming conventions in shared cloud drives such as Google Drive and SharePoint.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance.
• Basic knowledge of Annex SL and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and cloud-based project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, including the ability to convert technical notes into clear business procedures.
