What you will do

• Participate in a two-year Graduate Leadership Development Program with four six-month rotations.
• Complete all Risk stream rotations within Risk Management.
• Build expertise across a variety of risk management functional areas.
• Develop analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Contribute to risk strategies and critical business decisions while collaborating across business lines.

Requirements

• Be a current MBA or relevant Master’s student, an upcoming graduate, or a recent graduate.
• For the full-time program, have graduated from an MBA or relevant Master’s program within the last two years or be an upcoming graduate.
• For the summer program, be currently enrolled in an MBA or Master’s program and able to complete a summer internship in Summer 2027.
• Be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Attend the networking event in person in Toronto if selected.
