Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City or remote within US time zones

What you will do

• Own the reliability, performance, and scalability of cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration.
• Drive database reliability engineering, including performance tuning and scaling.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid and safe deployments.
• Run incident response and on-call rotations.
• Partner with product engineers to design scalable, resilient systems for enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Experience deploying and supporting on-premises and BYOC environments, including the challenges of scaling BYOC operations.
• Background at a B2B company serving enterprise customers, ideally with infrastructure or platform products.
• Strong AWS experience, particularly with ECS, Aurora, and Kinesis.
• Networking experience with VPC peering, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, security groups, DNS, and TLS termination.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and incident response.
• Familiarity with GCP and Python or Go; experience at an early-stage or high-growth company is beneficial.
